Remodel Process
Things to consider- how do you want to use /expand the newly remodeled space? Based on your responses, I will make recommendations on everything from ceiling to floor. For these room remodels, you will know:
• Counter tops (let me know if you want to know about the durability of the surfaces).
• Cabinets: Style and color
• Flooring • New lighting - also new configurations if necessary • Wall colors • Window treatments. • A sketched NEW layout of your existing kitchen or bath is not working for you.
(NOTE: 3-D Renderings are NOT something we do. The pricing begins at $2500. It is not something I generally recommend unless you want to throw away your money. HGTV has a big budget and that is why you see them on most of their shows.)

Creative ideas for a Mudroom Laundry room Remodel
This family has a big, cute, cuddly dog.... who also likes to get dirty. A mud room and laundry room was created with this family's lifestyle in mind.
A shower was added to the laundry room. A pocket door dividing the lockers in the mudroom from the laundry room so "whoofer" could dry out after a shower. And Luxury Vinyl planks were used (one of the most durable products for dogs, kids, and lots of water).
The washer and dryer were raised and allows for the laundry baskets to sit below them. And then a pull-out platform was added so no one has to bend over. There is plenty of folding counter space for folding opposite the washer and dryer.
And, the extra refrigerator is next to the washer and dryer.
Boy, did this remodel make the homeowners' lives better!
